In-Depth Visit to Jinquan Plastic Pipe Factory
In order to strengthen mutual understanding and actively explore potential areas for future cooperation, the Russian delegation conducted a comprehensive visit to the Jinquan plastic pipe factory. During the visit, they closely examined the production processes, advanced equipment, and quality control systems, gaining a deeper insight into the company’s capabilities, technological strengths, and commitment to excellence in the plastic pipe manufacturing industry.
Visit the Jinquan Plastic Pipe Exhibition Hall
Accompanied by the Jinquan business team, the Russian customers first visited the company’s exhibition hall and sample display area. They fully understood the development history, corporate culture, product categories and technical advantages of Jinquan Plastics. Plastic pipe samples of various specifications and excellent quality were neatly displayed, covering a variety of plastic pipes and accessories such as PE/HDP pipes, HDPE DWC pipes, MPP power pipes, PPR pipe and fittings.
Jinquan professional pipeline technicians explained the application scenarios, performance characteristics and construction advantages of various pipes on site. This enabled Russian customers to have a deeper understanding of Jinquan plastic pipes, listened carefully to the explanations, asked questions frequently, and recognized and praised the performance and applicability of our company’s products, showing strong interest.
Jinquan Plastic Pipe Workshop Tour
After visiting the Jinquan exhibition hall, the Russian delegation followed Jinquan production professionals into the plastic pipe production workshop. Modern production equipment is running in an orderly manner. The fully automatic extrusion line, precise quality inspection instruments, standardized operating procedures and safety production standards show the company’s strong production capacity and rigorous management system to customers.
From raw material selection, melt extrusion, cooling and shaping to finished pipes, every process is strictly controlled, reflecting Jinquan’s pursuit of product quality. Customers appreciated the efficient operation and management level of the production workshop and said that this is one of the cleanest and most standardized pipe production workshops they have visited.

After the visit, the Russian delegation and the JINQUAN business group had in-depth and pragmatic negotiations. The Jinquan leader said: “Jinquan is very optimistic about the cooperation between the two sides. This cooperation has deepened the connection with the Russian plastic pipe project, accelerated the pace of Jinquan Plastic Industry’s international business development, and broadened the international market.” The customer delegation shared the industry status, procurement needs and prospects for cooperation in the local Russian market.
