JINQUAN Plastic Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 2010. After more than 10 years of innovation and development, it has now become a high-tech enterprise integrating new product research and development, new plastic pipe manufacturing, and marketing. The JINQUAN factory has an independent scientific research laboratory, and the production workshop is equipped with internationally leading fully automatic CNC large-diameter pipe extrusion and injection molding equipment. It currently has more than 40 high-speed production lines for plastic pipes, more than 60 injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment, and its production scale and technical capabilities are at the domestic advanced level.
The JINQUAN factory has fully passed the ISO9001 international quality system certification and ISO14001 environmental management system certification, and has been recognized as a national high-tech enterprise, a small technology giant, a specialized and new enterprise, and a gazelle enterprise.
After two years of preparation, a new overseas factory production line will be opened in Tanzania, Africa in 2025 to enhance our international brand influence and efficient delivery time.

1.Do you offer customized pipe sizes or OEM services?
Yes. We provide OEM/ODM services. Custom sizes, colors, markings, and packaging can be made according to your project or brand requirements.
2. What materials are your HDPE, DWC, and PPR pipes made from?
Our pipes are made from 100% virgin raw materials with high-grade PE100 and PPR resins, ensuring superior strength, flexibility, and durability.
3. What certifications do your products have?
Our products comply with international standards such as ISO 4427, ISO 14586, DIN 8077/8078, and CE. Certification documents and test reports are available upon request.
4. What is the typical delivery time for bulk orders?
Normally 7–15 days for regular sizes and quantities. For customized orders, delivery time may vary slightly depending on specifications and order volume.
5.What are the main applications of your HDPE and PPR pipes?
HDPE Pipes: Water supply, gas distribution, irrigation, sewage, mining, and industrial use.
DWC Pipes: Cable protection and drainage systems.
PPR Pipes: Hot and cold water plumbing, heating systems, and industrial fluid transport.
6. What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
For standard sizes and stock items, MOQ is usually 500–1000 meters. For customized production, the MOQ can be discussed depending on the order details.
7. Do you provide installation guidance or technical support?
Yes, we offer technical documentation, welding instructions, and video support. Our engineers can also provide remote consultation if needed.
8.Can I get a free sample for quality testing?
Yes, free samples are available. Freight charges will be borne by the buyer or refunded after order confirmation.
